The Special Commission on Legislative Prayer was formed by the Senate President in July 2003. The Commission was to recommend an official Senate position on legislative prayer. Its recommendations were considered during the 2004 regular legislative session for modification to the Rules of the Senate.
The Commission last met during the 2003 interim.
