TRAUMA FIELD-TRIAGE TASK FORCE

Bryan E. Bledsoe, D.O.; Thomas Judge; Ellen J. Mackenzie, Ph.D.; William R. Metcalf; John A. Morris, M.D.; Stephen H. Thomas, M.D.

Trauma Field-Triage Task Force formed in Oct. 2008 by State Emergency Medical Services Board. Task Force met in Nov. 2008 to review emergency medical protocols and practices used to identify, treat, and transport trauma patients by helicopter to regional hospitals in Maryland.

Task Force reported Nov. 24, 2008, and recommended changes to current field practices and operations for emergency medical care provided to injured patients before arrival at hospital.

TRAUMA & SPECIALTY CARE PROGRAMS
Under Policy, Regulations, and Government Affairs, renamed Health Facilities and Special Programs in July 2011

WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, HEALTH & MEDICAL PROGRAMS
